Filarmonica in natural horn scales
I'm currently restoring a Filarmonica. One customer from Spain asked me to make a new set of scales in horn.
In this video I try to show the natural grain of the horn. First, on the inside half of the handle you can see the horn surface in a more "raw" look. The veins look great. On the other side, the outer half, you can see a high-polished mirror finished surface. You can still see some veins but are more mild.

Those scales look nice. Love horn scales, they just look like they belong on a razor. Really nice job.
