Thanked: 14Thanks for sharing your work--very nice woods, and surprisingly appropriate for the vintage metals, and visually balanced. Of course, as I've said in the past, I can't really comment on the blades until I've had a chance to try them out for a few years; I'll PM my shipping address so I can get started on my evaluations...

very nicely done, the Jackson made me drool. I never thought of that, should be able to get some from a pipe maker.

Thanked: 21I think I spend as much money on wood as I do on razors...each set of scales cost as much as a cheap razor! But I happily pay for things like this. I've only ever seen one vendor with wood this spectacular. And I'll be sharing my source with all my scale making friends on here, as soon as I hoard all the wood I need!

Thanked: 58Those are incredible! I have a hard enough time w/ my 8'8ths, what with the weight and all(still learning to hold the darn thing). I can't imagine how ridiculous the 11/8ths is!
