Amazing, simply amazing. I think I have figured out how I am going to keep busy while looking for work when I move.

Oh boy, if you get more of that horn material there, I'll probably need to send you another FR razor! That's very nice looking.

It was so hard to decide which way to do that part too, I kept flipping the blanks trying to figure which I wanted on the front, I finally went with it this way, because you can see the blade through the scales with the razor in hand

Hey Glen ! Nice work there!
I have to ask ... is there anything classier than translucent horn? It is just georgeous!
Did you do any re-grinding on that blade or was it just that good that polishing was enough?
Just curious as I'm still thinking about that Joseph Rodgers i got.
    Thanks for sharing.
    Regards,
    Mike

No regrinding Mike, that was all on the buffers, I would have been very very reluctant to re-grind a near wedge like that, I am not sure of the grind names below the 1/4 hollow, or even if there are any, besides "Near Wedge" This one was very very close to being a full wedge though and they are rather rare in those really heavy profiles... I see alot in what I call a 1/8 hollow (probably no such name ) but this was more wedgey (is that even a word) So it deserved every attempt to save the heavy blade... IMHO anyway
