Really like your Kamisoris. Looks like you did a western grind - I've got two in the works with a Japanese grind - 8 inch and 2 inch wheels. I like the forging finish on your tails. Do you have any problems with the sharpened blade touching the wood in your cases?

They're not symmetrical western grinds, they're asymmetrical grinds.
Here's a pic from straight on. It's not of these razor but one I did a few weeks back.
No problem with the edge in the block

Fantastic, as always. Can't wait to get one of those bad boy Kamisoris in my stable...

You have been busy. Love them all, awesome work. You have done a sensational job on those asymmetric grinds.

Beautiful work, I love them all, the display blocks for the Kamisori look super. Well done.

Brian--very sweet. You're getting more refined with each project--it's great to be along for the ride. The kamisoris, thought not my thing, look great--especially the handle/patina work. And that round point--really like the spine work and overall design. Can I have it? ;-) I'm really enjoying my grey micarta 5/8 btw...

    cheers!
