    Default First Razor

I recently made a razor for my personal use. It is O1, about 7/8 with black micarta scales. The scales are rough but someday I may get around to upgrading them. Anyway, I sent it to shooter74743 to get a proper honing, since I am still new in that area. It came back very well honed and Shaves Great. Thanks shooter!

    Thanks for looking.

Very cool razor. It is a great feeling to shave with a self made razor.

Ya gotta put your moniker on it, or it will end up in a thrift store when you croak.... It's a legacy piece man.... Treat it as such..

Well done mate. It looks great. You should be really proud of that. As Wintchase says, put your mark on it.

Very nice, I really like the blade shape as well.

I will put my makers mark on it soon. It was quite a learning curve learning to shave with such a big and heavy blade but i am used to it now and really like the feel.

Super job, the razor looks great. There is nothing like shaving with a blade that you made yourself. That's what got me started. I must warn you: it's addictive!!!!
