Thanks, the scales where the main buying point, have seen plenty of Bengalls' but never with marked scales and I'm always cautious of buying razors from eBay but figured £10 wouldn't break the bank.

Bravo! I love to see old Bengalls restored respectfully like yours has been. I am sure it will give you generations of shaving pleasure - you treat those Bengalls right, and they'll reciprocate.
