    Splendid !! i do like the leather handle on this one! I wondered how is it to shave with this type of razor compared to a folding razor!

    Very nice indeed.
    I was wondering if these western-made “kamisories” are made in the same way with the actual Japanese kamisories. I mean, are they made of two different steel qualities, the hard one and the softer one, or not ?

    This was made from stock removal of just one type of steel. I have not (and really don't intend to) tried 2 different steels in the traditional sense. I imagine it would have to be forge welded together and would trust Charlie or Brian to attempt something like that.

    The spine design are very nice and jimps and especially the color comes together nicely.
