Joseph Rogers and Sons
This is my second attempt at a restoration and will not be my last
Its a 7/8 wedge, Joseph Rodgers & Sons. Circa 1840 I believe.
Scales are Buffalo horn and Camel bone wedge. Pins & washers are brass and have a micro bolt at the pivot end for easy maintenance.
Have added a Patina to the blade just to be different but not sure if I like it or not so may polish it back out
Thanks for looking.
Andy.

You did a nice clean job on your razor. I have always liked the "tuxedo" selection as it clearly compliments scales and blade.
The patina work is an interesting highlight.

I love it personally. Makes me think of the Damascus steel blades. Either way, keep it or polish it back, you did a great job!

Fine work & thanks for sharing the photo.
It's a great thing to see an old razor brought back to life, to shave another 100 years.

Very fine work. I also like the choice of Black and White, very complimentary to the blade.
Well done.
