9/8 Custom Black Horn " Desperado"
Well I just finished this one up for all us cowboys at heart. I call it Desperado, hehehe. I made the spur in the tail out of solid brass bar stock and just went to work shaping it. Yip, it spins just like a real spur and that is about its only use. Anyway, the scales are black buffalo horn with a front mosaic stainless and brass pin. Rear pivot is hex head stainless. Tried to make it look western down to the jimps. Added a little scale on the tail with some cross grain grind and some patina to the spur. The blade has a moderate smile. I'm calling it 9/8 but its 30.24 mm to be exact. I had this drawn out a while back and just decided it was time to try and get it done.
Thanks for looking!
Best Regards Kenny

Thanked: 203Awesome as always Kenny. Now if you took one of your favourite boots and carved a slot on the back of the heel just so, maybe the razor could be carried there and the spur put to use......
Best Regards,
Adam
