    Default A couple in Japanese layered white steel

    The first is a 13/16 roundish, square, french point...
    Scales are rosewood with a bone wedge

    The second is a 7/8 Spanish point with double thumb notches.
    The scales an tan G10 with a red tru-stone wedge.

    Like the file work on that top blade. Is that the steel from Hitachi? Makes a nice looking blade.

    Both are beautiful Brian. I really like the lines and choice of colours on the second one, but both are superbly made. Well done.

    They're beautiful Brian. Particularly the second one, love the thinned out tang and the choice of wedge material.
