    Default Joseph Elliot Best Silver Restore...Again...

    Another better late than never post. I finished this one atleast a month ago and just had the pics sitting on my phone.

    This was the second razor I worked on, and I was happy then with the results, but as I am gaining more experience = not too happy afterall.

    Here is the picture before the first clean up and set of scales (sorry for being small).

    And here is what it looks like now, semi-mirror finish, recon stone wedgie (not a full wedge, but not an even spacer either ), the scales are arcylic Red & White marble, brass pins, sterling silver washers, and brass bearing washers.

    Actually, I kind of like the wavy design on your bone scales. Having said that, the new scales and your 2nd round polish look really nice. The only suggestion I'd make is I personally like to see the pivot end of the scales narrower that the wedge end - seems more balanced that way to me - and their your scales, so make them the way you like them. You did a very fine piece of work. Congratulations.
