7/8s & Whale Bone,
The blade on this one is a 7/8s it is a 100 layer 15n20 & 1095. The scales are whale bone.
There is a welding flaw in the blade from where I did not get a perfect weld when I was folding the blade material. The flaw is cosmetic and does not affect the function of the blade. I am not sure what I am going to do with the blade.

If you don't know what to do with the blade I'll take it off your hands for you.
Love it, warts and all.

I'll second that. I can't see the flaw. Where is it?

Oh noes! you just have to donate it to the "shave a poor artist fund".
seriously, though. It is a beautiful blade. Anybody would be thrilled to have that on their countertop. (or mantle for that matter.)
