This razor started off as an Imperial 20507. I had every intention of keeping this razor original; the 5/8’s square nose razor had beautiful clear horn stained like tortoise shell. When I de-pined the razor to start the restoration the scales split from being dry, so this is what it became …
I replaced the scales with (gun smoke acrylic), triple nickel silver pined, polished SS washers, aluminum “V” out spacer, and this is where my plans to keep the razor original really took a turn, I decided to try my hand at relief engraving a scroll on the tail, with the tail turning out as well as it did I went a steep further by complimenting it with a custom double radii “Spanish point”.
