Vintage Sheffield Kropp restoration
This vintage Kropp 6/8 razor came to me in fairly good order, but if it's in good or poor condition the same methods are applied to both razors, so blade and scales were re-worked buffed and polished, scales cleaned polished inside and out, new internal washers and bush made for the large pivot hole, pinned and honed made shave ready, these scales are very fine in a grained ivorine finish very attractive looking.
Jamie.

Forgot to say thanks to the OP. I learned a new word today, ivorine. Always wondered how to describe those types of scales.

I think the graining in the scales sets it off quite nicely. Good work, sir!

Thanked: 884Ya done good Jamie!
Here's one barely used that didn't need the "treatment" and yours looks just as good.
