Have not had time to do any razors for myself for some time. I have a 4 month backlog on work at this point. But I decided to take a couple days to make myself a new razor. This guy was rusty and in broken horn scales. It got pulled, hit with greaseless compounds, then hand sanded, then buffed out to get a near mirror finish.

I had some jade G10 that has been sitting for over a year. Decided to use that for scales. I forgot how hard G10 was. I burnt up 3 scroll saw blades cutting it. Pins are 1/16 brass rod with brass over stainless washers and brass thrust bearings. The wedge is bone. Now I have to hone it and see if it shaves.
