Very nice. Was it forged or stock removal ? I would think it would have had to be tempered and annealed or visa versa ? I would like it more if you had curved the monkey tail and scaled it. Probably because I am not into the kamisori thing at all. I also would like to see custom makers, pro or beginning, get away from meat choppers. It seems to be the default of all custom guys to do 7/8 to 9/8. Give me a 6/8 over a meat chopper any day. Beautiful job though. :tu
