Mini spike. Just to see if I could
I acquired a really beat up Dixie razor. It had a huge chip towards the toe of the blade. So I decided to cut the blade down and try my hand at rescaling too. The cutting edge ended up being less than an inch and a half. I was careful to maintain the temper of the blade. Keep in mind this was my first attempt at any of this.

Lol! That's awesome, you may have found a niche' for the "handy dandy pocket razor!" "Now you don't have to mess w/ those fumbly, and irritating electric razors on your drive to work!" "Get baby butt smooth on your commute!"
Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.

Some people call those "Koochie" razors (not ME of course, I don't even know if that is the right spelling) because of their reduced size make them ideal for trimming up those more intimate areas. Anyway good job on the rescale.

Shaved with the mini today. Took longer than normal. Lol. But it was very nimble. I've never gone across the grain on my neck until this morning. Thanks for all the likes. Gonna be searching the bay for cheapo damaged blades.
