Joseph Rodgers X2
I took a while for my dovo scales to come in the mail but I got these put together right away once they did. Can't wait to shave with them, I've never gotten to shave with any pre 1890's Sheffields before.

Nice job on the pinning and getting the razors together. Let us know how your pre- 1980's shave went.

It didn't show up in my picture but the stamps read, "Joseph Rodgers and Sons Cutlers to their majesties No 6 Norfolk street, Sheffield." Unless I'm mistaken the lack of 'England' being after Sheffield places them in the pre 1891 age. I admit these were a pain to date other wise; I couldn't find anything specific to the markings. The one with the barber's notch is 1/4 hollow and the other is a wedge. If anyone can give me more precise dating of these razors that would be helpful because my research only pointed to them being made sometime pre 1891.

I sure like the one on the left, in particular.
