The bone I got from Rens pet depot, called Butcher's block natural bones. Its a sterilized bone which was awesome. I used a band saw to cut it down to size. As for how hard was it to make, It's like working with the hardest wood imaginable. I took things really slow and let the blade do the work. Then I shaped them on an upside down belt sander in a vise. Sanding is also a lot slower then wood. I just had to take my time.

I don't have any power tools, but I've got a hacksaw and sandpaper, I wonder how tough it would be to do by hand.

Instead of a hacksaw I'd use a coping saw to cut out the shape. To get it down to the proper thickness I'd clamp it on edge and use the hacksaw to cut it to the proper size. Then grease your elbow for a lot of tough sanding. It could be done with a lot of hard work.

I always wonder why they do that. They can't get sales off of forums like that. Doesn't seem worth the effort of registering.

I deleted it. I was watching where he was travelling to. He visited a bunch of Morgans pages, and also Voidmonsters. I reported his posts but maybe hes just unclear of the rules.
