Thread: couple tanies with new shoes

Have had these two Tanifujis for several yrs,not really my cup of tea at 5/8ish.
(prefer larger blades) sad thing is they put crap scales on them,same as the capes,cheap pearl looking plastic,great steel, great blades,why?
So I re-did them in Real Ivory.

Now that is a classy looking pair with those new scales. Must be desperate for something to do when you start making ivory scales for razors in a size you don't really care for.

Not really, great blades should have great scales.

Thx,put them back in the to do box,may redo them in Nhaga horn in a couple yrs.
