Default 6/8 Dellar Barbers Supply Co.

Saw this razor on eBay and it only showed one picture, but thought I would chance it and bid $10. When I came back and saw nobody else bid I thought I might have made a mistake till I got it and was glad nobody else did. It is just over 6/8 Dellar Barber Supply Co. razor. Can't really say that I restored it since all it needed was a good cleaning and some polish as you can see in the pictures. The edge was tree topping arm hair when I got it so thought I would just strop it and see if it would shave and it did quite nicely, but took it too a couple stones anyway. Doesn't look like it was ever honed till I gave it a few laps on some stones. The first two pictures are before and the last two are after.

Ya gotta love it when that happens, congrats. That is a fine looking classic shaver.
