Yes, Burrell married a Case daughter. Last of the Case clan razors! Very good ones! His son is still making knives in partnership with the Indians upstate, I understand. Here are my 2. I have not gotten to them yet, but the one on top is a modern grind wedge!

Had not seen that, but since they occupied the same building, I always thought the resemblence to Top Flights and Ellicotteville C-Mons was just tooo coincidental!

Burrell Cutlery, founded in 1940. closed in 2006 longest lived Case family cutleries.

Some publication claims that Burrell Cutlery only produce razors for 2 years, 1941-1942, from some information about the company found in old newspaper their razor business was booming at that point in time. Originally Posted by JoeSomebody

Being part of the Case family, these companies made product for everybody and their brother. So i get the feeling they produce razors for more then 2 years. In 1940 Burrell Cutlery was producing under contract work Marines Knifes for Ka-Bar. Burrell, Case, Kinfolks, Robeson and a few more were all in the same family.
