    Default W&B American Razor

Yes, I recently posted one of these but the guy found another and here it is. Keeping it all original, break it down, sand , polish and put it together again using stacked washers.

Beautiful restore! How did you manage to keep the engraving so crisp?

    Thanks guys,
Careful sanding and minimal buffing seems to do it for me. I had to back off a bit around the word 'Razor' as the script was a bit thinner here. But for some reason a camera shows some dulling in this area which isn't visible in person.

Very nice. Took me a second to realize there was a razor in the 3rd picture. Could barely tell it was there.

I'll take that as a compliment! Here is what it looked like when I started.

It was a compliment. Turned out really nice. I laughed at myself cause when I first saw the photo I was like "a picture of a phonebook?" Then I noticed the spine and I realized there was a razor hiding there.

very nice, I have the same razor, just the blade, wish I had scales as nice. Now I'm drooling.
