Thanked: 5Thanks for the complement. As a novice woodworker I love harvesting (or knowing where it came from) my own timber. Nothing more satisfying taking a raw materials and turning them into something usable or edible.

I'm just starting to think about doing my first resto and I highly doubt my 2nd will look anywhere near as good as that!

Those scales are beautiful. Such a difference to the appearance of the razor. Good job.

Thanked: 5The blade was mildly correded so I just sanded it down from 180-2k. Not to the point of polishing yet but is on my list of things to tackle after I get better ta making scales.
