An astonishing looker you've created there, Charlie. I love that hamon and smiling profile. Congrats, sir!

    This hamon is perfect.

Did you polish it or chemically revealed it ?

I used pumice and hot vinegar and lemon juice on the hamon. I put the whole blade in ferric chloride before starting on the hamon.

    Great stuff Charlie.
    Love the contrasts.
When you used stabilised wood for the scales, do you still get scales that flew when opening and closing the razor? Or do you need to change the design to a non-flex one?

When the stabilized wood is at scale thickness it is pretty flexible I make the scales normally with a sight taper to the wedge.
