Default Melted spine custom from OCD

This one I made for myself. She's an 8/8's full hollow with a blade that sings like a canary. The spine and tang have been slightly melted using an oxy-acet torch. There are jimps under and a barbers notch on the toe. Scales are translucient water buffalo horn with a white spacer.

Thanks to Lynn and PLJ for a refresher honing lesson. This baby is OMG sharp and buttery smooth.

    As always, thanks for looking

That is a beauty of a razor.

I do not know about you getting a refresher course in honing, your razors already split atoms.

You do good work for a country boy from West Virginia.

Man oh man it is going to take a whole lotta work to get them pits outa the spine....

I love it the whole darn thing, and the classy look of the streaked blond scales against that spine work,

Just so you know, that's what happens to the spine when you don't use tape.
