Glen, I have to say that the scale material is not my favourite - it's just too honey coloured for my liking. However, the third picture grabs your attention because of the wedge - nothing else counts - just superb

I like the color of the scales, it's nicely paired with the wedge.
Really nice restore job. I personally like crisper lines of the vintage razors in the original condition, but completely understand that for sake or removing all the patina some things need to be smoothed out.

Glen,
Received the Greaves in the mail yesterday, took her for a shave this morning and WOW...very smooth. You put some nice edges on those vintage blades! It mowed through 3 days of growth like butter
