Incredible. Just incredible. The craftsmanship on this razor is something else. Great job Charlie!

Thanked: 1184Perfect blend of wood and metal again. Did you make the Damascus ? Every time I look at it for sale the big thing seems to be more layers. I like the 25 layers a lot.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

I love the colours and textures in the blade and scales, a real eye catching piece of work, love the Damascus pattern, wonderful work.

I made the steel at Mike Blues shop. Mike had a class teaching us how to make pattern welded steel. We (students) each made and came home with a billet of pattern welded steel. This blade was made with a chunk from the billet I bought home.

Thank you guys for the kind words about my work.

Thanked: 603It's awesome... and HUGE! I could use that blade to butcher meat, for goshsakes... and the scales -- well, they gave me a woodie ;-) Beautiful work, Charlie.

Amazing and beautiful. The spalted scales remind me of an old map or chart. I love the look!
