Default Pair of Universal Shavettes in Ivory Paper Micarta

Fun project, I really enjoy rescaling shavettes.

These are "Universal" shavettes, made in Italy.

Ivory Paper Micarta / Nickel sheeting / Black Horn Wedge / False 3rd pin (decorative). The tail on these puppies was too long to make a functional 3rd pin, but, the customer liked the 3 pin look

Nice job! That material seems to be the "new" Ivory! I know nothing of them, but that type of shavette seems to have more support for the blade's faces. Do they shave more predictably than others?
    Looks Great!

I haven't shaved with them, since they aren't mine... but the owner uses a LOT of shavettes and he found these and really liked them. so, I assume they must be decent!

Well, it seems obvious he must REALLY like them in order to give them that set of scales!

They have the authoritative and comforting appearance of instruments from a mid-20th-century family doctor's office. Ivory and stainless steel... always a winner. What workmanship!
