Thread: Custom 9/8 Green Scorpion C-Tek Scales

Nice work on the scales. Yes, like many varied material types it is temperamental when exposed to heat. Warp is one of the effects but more importantly, the too much heat will cause it to get brittle and stay that way. I have found it best to work it as "cold" as possible and never let the heat creep up on you because it will in a second. Thank you for your kind words on my work.
