NiAg pinning stock
Does anybody know of an Aussie supplier for Nickel Silver pinning rods?
Would welding brazing rods do the same job?RickyB

Biggest cost was postage

What wire gauge do you buy for pins Geoff?

Don't bother with the NiAg welding wire - had a few lengths of it once - way to brittle for pinning razors (cracks and splits when finely domed). As a side note the guy I got it off used it for welding motorcycle gas tanks - not sure if that's a common use for it or not...

Hey Matt, did you try annealing it ?
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.
