    Default L'Orel Add

Has anyone seen the new (I think) L'Oriel add?

Half way through a girl comes up behind a guy and takes an ATG swipe at his neck.

It seriously gives me the hibie jibies every time I see it because at that angle, pressure and speed I recon he would take a good cut to the jugular.....

Maybe it just reminds me that I should not argue with SWAMBO or else....

Yeah I saw it, I think they copied that scene from the last James Bond movie.

Yes, I think the same as Bongo. A rip off from old JB. I also think that it at least puts cut-throats out there as a better way to shave for those who might not have seen, or aren't JB fans.

Always amazes me how actors research their character except when it comes to learning the angle to use a straight.

I don't think the thought would ever cross their minds Oz, not if they never actually intend to try shaving with the things. They would probably be just starting off with a dulled blade for 'safety' and thinking that what they were doing would really work if they did indeed intend a shave. Just my thought on it and most likely not even close to the truth, but you know what I mean .

Probably more concerned with how it looked than how it worked :<0)

Yes, it's all preconceptions perpetuating a myth.
