Thread: Singapore supplies

Gidday fellas,

I make regular trips through Singapore, my next trip is on Monday. There is a department store there called Mustafa, which stocks a range of shaving supplies. I always drop in there and stock up and if anyone is interested in placing an order I will pick up for them and mail it when I get back to WA. I'm not looking to make money off it, I figure I'm there anyway. Godfrey shaving cream (my preference) is about $4, glycerine is the same, boar bristle(?) and synthetic brushes are $7, tabac shave sticks (everyone should have at least one) are about $10, filarmonica (I wouldn't bet on them being original, but they do have a harp on 'em) shavettes are about $20. If anyone is interested they can PM me and we can arrange something. There are other products available and I'll post a comprehensive list next week

The Filly shavettes may be the real thing - I understand that is all they make (or is made under their label/mark)

Had the same thing in Jakarta - one of the Drug stores had shelves full of Tabac AS and Sticks one day.
