Plain packaging legislation troubles
Did you know, that cigar sellers in Australia, have to individually replace the cigar ring label, with a plain packaged one? And, they have to throw away the cigar boxes that they come in?! So, where in Australia can you get cigar boxes?
I've been looking at some razor storage ideas on SRP, and I thought cigar boxes would be an easy option - but not here!

Thanked: 580I preferred the unedited version. Same thing is happening here, plain packaging is on the way. Worst thing is the tax they are slapping on here, a 50 gram pouch of tobacco, when I started smoking, was $3 (some time ago), now it is $64, going up 10% a year. And yet, the government has done nothing to stop young ones starting. You can buy it from age 18.Have been smoking 40 years, i'm just gonna start growin me own instead.

Thanked: 228Very strange indeed. What is the rationale for the plain packaging?

I was looking for old cigar boxes as well, hard to find and the 'bay might be my only choice if I go that route.

Can get them on the bay cheap enough. Go to bunnings and have a look at the storage containers in the storage section. Picked up a small case with removable inserts pulled out the inserts used hd foam and now have a good case for 4 razors for easy travel or so I don't need to go to the big case
