Default Sandycrack to Australia in August

Hey, guys! I'm flying to Australia in August on business. I may not have a lot of free time, but if anyone is interested in trying to get together, let me know. I'll be arriving in Sydney on the 23rd and then driving to Nowra for the week. I depart the 28th.

If there's anything you need from over here, maybe I can bring it and save shipping. I'm also open to trades for anything we may not be able to get in our respective countries.

Open to good beer suggestions as I know real Aussies don't drink Fosters and some of the crap that passes as beer here in the US.

I'm thinking you should travel to Sydney a couple of days earlier and take in a Footie match, the Giants & Swans the 22nd?

If you need background the AFL has a great primer on YouTube.
It's the only sport that the SWMBO will watch with me, finding everything else "boring"

Wonderful country and the people are even better, stay as long as you can.

These days what is defined as Sydney can be a 2 hour drive from point to point. I live north of the harbour bridge & my back doesn't like me sitting in a car too long but my door is always open for visitors.

As for beer just about any of the micro brewery beers are good, depending on your taste. I don't touch any commercial beers.
