When anything like that happens to me it usually is a soap that is irritating to my skin, razor pressure or an aftershave.
I use Jack Black's Bump stuff, which my son recommended to me http://www.amazon.com/Jack-Black-Raz.../dp/B000GDFYDE. SRD has it sometimes and if you can find it in your neck of the woods, it may help. It really works for me.Just call me Harold
