Thread: Looking for a lesson in honing

Hi everyone,

I'm in carlingford, Sydney and looking for someone who may want to teach me how to hone. I have Shapton 1K, 5k, 8k and the 12k plus razors and I'm willing to pay for time.

If anyone is close by and willing to teach please let me know. I can travel as well if not to far away.

Would be nice to be able to hand down the skill to my son one day.

My mate 'OZ' is in your neck of the woods. I can't say if he's got time right now to help you but with that said/'If he does' you'll learn more in a few hours than you will in months of reading and watching videos.

Oz is your man. Only one I know of in Sydney. Happens to be the Aussie hone master too. Sure you will be able to sort out a time to get some lessons.

Thank you, just got back from seeing OZ today and he is great. A big help and I can't wait to get honing.
