Thanks for the welcome, guys. I think myself fortunate to live in Melbourne (shaddup!) because we have some truly wonderful flea-markets and antiques shops around here which is where I sourced my straight razors, DE razors, blades, scuttles and other shaving-gear.
One day I'll get a seven-piece straight-razor set. I saw one for sale in the local antiques shop a few months ago, but by the time I had the money to think of buying it...
...Which one of you conniving lowlives bought it!?
