Ah, it's just a little wind and rain. We use the cyclones to put a smooth curve in the banana's, that you Southerners and Westerners just can't get... And of course perfection comes at a cost, and it means that we might have to break a few banana trees in trying to achieve that perfection.

Ha ! Always wondered how you guys got the banana shape just right. I hear it was more than a little wind n rain further north.

Between the floods and cyclones, there won't be much left up there, what can be said?Someone drew the crow !!
Reckon we will all need to reach deep to help everyone out up there, hopefully there will be minimal political point scoring and plenty of help. Interesting that the devestation here in Western Australia at Carnarvon has been largely forgotten about.

    cheers

If it doesn't physically effect Canberra or anyone important in the Eastern States, it never seems to matter too much, I've found. A very annoying trait they have over here. Those in the North will be forgotten in quick time too, I'm sure. Since the politicians here have really only focused on poor old flood ravaged Brisbane...Well the media have anyway.
