Thanked: 983Where are they?
What has happened to young Jimbo? He seems to have disappeared. Has he been frightened off by a close shave? Has he managed to shave himself out of existance? Is there anyone else who seems to have disappeared from the face of Oz?

Thanked: 203Hi Mick,
"i'm not dead yet!" {best Monty Python imitation} I'm still around, just quiet. Not a big internet person. Did have young Simon from Ballina up late last year and was to have Mitch up from down Logan way a couple of months ago, but that was postponed as on the day had to rush to hospital with my son. {he is fine}
Despite trying to contact both i have not heard back from either.
Meanwhile i steal a quarter hour here and there in the workshop as my day job and my family life permit.Still making knives and razors. Actually have four razors and five knives all in CPM30V back from heat treating and working on the hand sanding now. Looking forward to completing as i have not finished a new piece in six months. Just not enough "me" time.
i am still renting in Chermside, so if you ever wish to visit, just let me know.
Regards,Respectfully,
Adam.

Thanked: 983Glad to see you're still around Adam. I might have to drop in sometime to check those knives and razors out. I haven't put any time into my own knife making for some time now. I'm looking forward to when I can start up again. Glad to hear you and yours are all well.

Thanked: 1072Yeah, I was wondering about Jimbo myself just the other day. I'm still here, too much if you ask my wife.
Adam, I know the feeling. All my resrorations are done 10 minutes here, 15 minutes there. 4 kids makes it hard to find a good time to combine sharp objects and power tool.
