Thanked: 983I've got so many witty replies to that one, from things like, "Ground Hog? You have a special day for minced meat?!" to "Does that mean I have to stay this age until I work out what to do to stop my birthday from repeating itself over and over again like in the Tom Hanks movie?! 'Cause, that would be really cool!" But if I have to think of it in animal terms then it's the season of that nasty little critter known as the Brown snake. It's his mating season you see, and they're particularly snappy at this time of the year. I don't know how he would go about seeing his own shadow though, being so close to the ground and all, perhaps that makes him his own kind of 'Ground hog', but I think he would be too intent on catching me or my shadow if he spotted it anywhere near him or his potential wife.

Happy Birthday Mick. Looks like you spilt Fanta all over your user name at the party.
Congrats all round. The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

Thanked: 203Happy Belated Birthday ya old bastard!!
Love the Bourne books and reckon you will really enjoy that one while you have a few quiet bowls smouldering away.
Hobbit is my favourite of all the LOTR books. {shame about the movie wandering off track again}.
Let me know how the shave goes. It's always been on my list to have a pro shave one day but never found a place that did not use disposables. Have a Great Year!

Thanked: 983Thanks Adam. It might be a while before the shave though, as it comes with a haircut that I don't need just yet. I'll tell you all about it afterwards though.
