Well it has come to the stage that i need pins and washers to get a few razors sorted, anyone know a good supplier in Oz or NZ? Or even the US, i need brass and nickel.

Thanked: 177I'm in US bought some nickel silver rod and washers on eBay. I don't know if they ship international. It was more than 3 months ago so I can't get the sellers name or store.

Grazor, a lot of the guys order from here, I have, they are fast.
Micro Fasteners
use this as a guide, taken from a post by Glen;
Shopping List for Micro Fasteners
Bolts: Hex Head Machine Screws - Brass - Micro Fasteners
These HBB00121000-80 x 3/4$ 8.70
Nuts: Hex Nuts - Brass - Micro Fasteners
These as they are easier to use for mock up
HNB00801000-805/32 .046$ 4.10
If you have any intention of using them for real then get these little ones
HNBS0080500-80 scale3/32 .048$ 9.90
Washers: Flat Washers - Brass - Micro Fasteners
Get all these in brass for in and out
FWB0100#0.064 1/8 .017$ 3.80
FWBW0100#0 wide.064 3/16 .017$ 4.40
In SS Flat Washers - Stainless - Micro Fasteners
Get these
FWSS0100#0 Narrow Washer S/S I.D. .062xO.D..125x Thk .017$ 2.20
FWS00100#0$ 2.20
If you are going to actually use these for pivots then you need the wrenchs (2) and you need to call for those they are 3/32 hex these might be listed online now I haven't checked in years...

I don't know, I just got the washers from them, check the site, I will look up my rod source in a few.

if not i just ordered some rod from here cause i was placing an order for material from them ... also a welding shop in your area should have the rod ..

Grazor,
Gooser has it on the rods, I order from Jantz too, nickel silver; I get the brass locally from a hobby shop.
I just checked a receipt from them , from 2 years ago.

shoot !!! i overlooked the nickel on there when i ordered or i would have added it .. i thought maybe they were out of stock ...lol

Rarely do I restore/re-pin, so I got 5 rods, which will last me a lifetime.
