Cell phone
Is a cell phone a finer thing in life ..? Maybe anyways gents I'm up for a upgrade.. I'm between the Samsung galaxy 3 and the Motorola droid razr maxx hd .. Due to my profession there may be times when I'm not gonna be able to charge my phone for a few hours.. I had a Motorola droid razr maxx that was about two yrs old that I loved. But I just wanted a change.. Thoughts comments..

Thanked: 4827Well lifestyle and needs come into play. For me when I bought a new smart phone I needed it to be durable and water proof. At that time no phone did that, however there were cases that brought the phone up to what I needed. I chose my smart phone in part based on the cases available that would bring the phone into match with my lifestyle. The case is LifeProof, if it factors into your life you could look it up. It fits the Galaxy.

I would look for a phone that has the option of a case with additional battery built in, but that's just me.

I have recently downgraded from my Samsung smartphone to a flip phone. I loved the Samsung and had no problems with it but needed a little more money in my pocket.

I upgraded from a Droid Razr to a Razr Maxx HD a month ago and I'm lovin' it. I can't speak for the Samsung but I highly recommend the HD. I can go 36 hours between charges no sweat.

Thanked: 2591Why S3 and not S4, isn't that an option?
The S4 is great, that being said I love my HTC ONE (M7)Stefan

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II and LOVE it. My only complaint is finding the perfect case for it... I've found several that have most of the features I want, but not all. The OtterBox Defender is the closest I've come, and my complaint is kinda nitpicky... I want the kickstand built in and not on the holster so that I don't have to remove the holster from my belt every time I want to use the kickstand (which is quite often)
Battery life, speed and RAW POWER are awesome on this thing, and the S-pen is pretty cool, too.
Yes, the phone is a bit large and in charge (there's a reason they call it a phablet), but after 2 days, I didn't even notice except to marvel at the awesomeness of the display.Last edited by crouton976; 08-21-2013 at 03:13 PM. Reason: spelling

No smartphone for me. I need a thing for ringing and texting, nothing else. Still using an ageing Nokia

I went with the galaxy three because I was told not a big difference in the s 111 and the s 1111.. Listen it really is a nice phone .. The battery life is good but not great.. I'm so used to my original droid razor max where I could get 24 hrs out of a smart phone.. So guess what I have a 14 day trial with the galaxy. But it look likes ill be switching back to the new Motorola droid max for the fantastic battery life..i don't need all these crazy functions just Give me email web and texting And a Great battery and I'm good
