my latest project...
Wasnt sure where to put this one. My brother, a competitive shooter, saw my dubl duck with pearl scales and asked if I could make a set for his Beretta 92. That was 3 years ago. I finally reopened my shop and decided to tackle it. Here is the progress so far.

I made a set a long time ago with a buddy of mine who has a full workshop for my k9.. I found though they took some abuse from the everyday elements and going in and out of my holster during pratice at the range.. But so far yours look great..

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Though it looks like with the right tool it might not be that difficult.

Borrowed a 92 from a coworker. The fit was almost perfect!
Drilling the holes was the toughest, and one is visibly f'd.
For a first try, not bad.

I watched several videos on checkering. Look like all specialty tools for sure. Perhaps a guy could start off without much of an investment. Then after hundreds of hours of practicing…
It could be fun. Perhaps down the road.
It is a pretty nice job
