So, when your ipad is out of power, you're lost?

I don't know. Daniel Boone wasn't jumping into his suv to get away from his wife for the weekend.

He was just doing the needful. Maybe he would have liked some entertainment other than fire.

I think Ole Daniel had enough "entertainment" going on to last a lifetime when out in the woods,,,,keeping his powder dry, keeping his scalp, getting & keeping that fire going, keeping that meat to himself until he could get it home,,,,wondering who would play his character in a T.V. series 130 years later,,,,,

If you happy with that set up, then that's all that matters. I actually envy you. I wish I had 60 hours in a tent. I spend all my camping time in front of the screen watching National Geographic & Survivor Man. I will have to say that I am one of the best equipped "Arm-Chair" survivalists there is.

    I am jealous, actually.

I have some time in, but I doubt I have the best part of 2 years camping.

This man is the worlds best adventurer. When he went solo unsopertet to the southpole and back, he told that if his ipods got damaged he would abort the trip....
