    Hey Nussmuck and Walter

Do the beavers smell as badly as I have heard?

The stinky beavers in SE Wisconsin are safe from ol' Dave. Don't like stinky.
If you don't care where you are, you are not lost.

They cut trees down and de limb them ....and they eat the bark of the tree...Then when they are done peeling the sticks....they are used to make dams and huts.

I got a couple of beavers I put on my head once in awhile. No Hirlau not what your thinking. Although that sounds fun I am talking cowboy hat.

What do you use for bait , hickory or mesquite ?

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Mostly blind sets/ channel sets, with beaver lure. And the real smart ones...I use fresh poplar/aspen....it's like candy for them and can't pass it up.
