Start by watching lots of videos, youtube have a plethora of them. Next buy a simple book on how to brew beer; I suggest Home Beermaking by William Moore a 79 page booklet on beer making 101. HOG

I would also brush up on your local laws as some places have restrictions on home brewing. Then i would look and see if you have any homebrew stores near you.

Its legal every where if you don't get caught. But in the states Im pretty sure your good as long as your not selling it or giving it away to kids and what not.

It is legal to homebrew beer period (even if you get caught) At the Federal level, homebrewing was legalized in 1979 (the legal amount of beer that one can brew at home is 200 gallons per adult/year) on the State level Mississippi and Alabama were the last two states that legalized it in 2013 so brew on!
