    If I was doing that kind of detailed work on a daily basis, I'd drink too. Those are MARVELOUS.

    They are,the detail work is incredible,and the ships are double hauled,He is long gone,his daughter has at least 20 of them.

    Beautiful work, Nelson's flagship, "The Victory", was on that ship in the late 70's.

    This gentleman's work is breathtaking, could probably spend hours just gazing at the detail of the ships.

    How many alcoholics with boats have I known. Most of the boats were amazingly well kept, but all full size.

    In the Navy a boat is meant to sink, a SHIP on the other hand is meant to sink other ships.

    Whats really amazing is each ship has hand tied knots for the rigging,many hundreds of them.
    The cannons are all solid lathe turned brass,He made all of them on a levin watchmakers lathe,all are bored with fuse holes.
    All the sails are hand sewn linin.I have never seen such work before,is just amazing.
