You are missing out my good man . Imagine the satisfaction of shooting and hitting your target, but multiply that exponentially knowing it was your hand that directed it there.

Sure shooting needs a steady hand and a keen eye, but golf has all that and a swing.

Shot a 43 today. It was a beautiful 73F (23C) degree day. Sunny, cool breeze... couldn't ask for much more.

Wow I'm so hooked on golf! Only my wife to blame lol she got me started a few yrs ago. I played with her yesterday on a short 9 hole course and shot 41 (personal best) through the par 32 course the first round through, then after a break for lunch shot a 37!!!!! On the same par 32 course! I'm still on cloud 9 from it! I'm going spear fishing tomorrow and going to play 18 somewhere Tuesday. After that gotta get back to work lol. Don't have a handicap yet as I haven't joined a club anywhere to get an official one.

    Thanks for starting this thread!!!

It was mostly 3/4 man "Cage Match" scrambles between a group of twelve of us. Then their is a big scramble on saturday between 4 of us.

The "Cage Match" rules for the scramble teams
    1. Use everyones drive once per nine
    2. Chug a beer for any bogey. 2 chugs for double bogey. etc..

Playing that much golf definitely helped, i'm not back but a lot closer.
