Default CAD - Cigar Acquisition Disorder

I have enough cigars at this stage that were I to smoke one every day, it would probably take me a couple of years to get through what I have.

And yet, I want MORE! I fool myself into believing that I want/need more to age them lol. And that I'll thank myself later!

Just today I see the sales going on, and I find myself adding not only more cigars to my cart, but another Humi to store them all in.

What the heck lol?? It's a sickness...

    Am I alone?

I know you smoke your share . But don't you age/rest any Mike? Or do you just buy and smoke as per your "pushers" recommendations lol??

*UPDATE* I compromised. I just bought two more Med humi's to place inside a chest I built (it will ultimately comfortably fit 3 med humis and a tray or three on top).

I am rather proud that's all I got. No cigars - ok, I got 10 so that shipping would be free lol. But the Nubs are on sale as well ( Cigars International), and I didn't pull the trigger on those - and I love Nubs. So I did show some restraint lol.

Hope to get them seasoned over the holidays.

As I am smoking less and less these days, maybe I can stalk one of those Meds with nothing but Liga's lol. Man I love those things.

I buy a few , maybe 20-30 or so usually when I'm stateside and by the time i get them all gone, its time to take another trip
I think I have maybe 15-20 in my humi at the moment

Since cigars are all unique there is no such thing as enough. If you have something big to celebrate you can start with something lighter like a CAO Gold. Then move into an Excaliber 1066 and finish up the day with a Cohiba Beehike.

It can also depend on what you ate and/or drank. A 25 year old single malt scotch needs a more sturdy cigar where drinking a "simple" beer while listening to football on the radio can take a mild/medium cigar.

You don't have enough, you are acquiring what you need, selection.

It is my personal goal that when my boys grow up and move out, I will convert one of their bedrooms into my own walk in humidor.
Life's wisdoms: Cigars: Never trust air you can't see; sharp objects are never sharp enough; find what you love in life and give it everything you can!!
